Outside Southern California: When making arrangements to take delivery of your order, please keep in mind the following important points unique to the statuary industry: A) Decorative concrete is very heavy. As a rule of thumb, figure approximately one pound per dollar delivered. B) Our merchandise is not crated but is wrapped in burlap and packaged in cardboard gaylord boxes attached to pallets, resulting in lower costs to you. C) Many of the components weigh upwards of 400 pounds. D) When moving the merchandise, please keep in mind that, despite its weight, decorative concrete requires careful handling. Do not drop the items. Do not, for example, pick up the deer by the antlers or the Birds of Paradise by the necks. Above all, use proper lifting techniques. E) We use common carrier shippers for most deliveries outside southern California. Additional costs for liftgates and/or residential delivery may apply.
